Serena, an Italian expat living in Middle Earth (New Zealand) holds WSET level 3 certification (equivalent to level 2 sommelier) and dabbles in all things spirits, beers and cocktails.
Moya Sparklefarts is the First Of Her Name and Queen amongst queens. She is also a tuxedo cat.
